About the wine
This provocative white wine 2014 — Piere Sauvignon Blanc, doc/mo crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. The blooming and fertile landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Vie the Romans conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Oh how beautiful Panama is. So humid warm and tropically beautiful the bright, rich fruit, passion fruit, everything so juicy, so lush and fresh, moist grass. On the palate again, this beautiful luscious suppleness, wonderful passion fruit, yet thaw-fresh, so juicy and naturally beautiful, also moist soil and stone, this harmonious whole of a dreamy landscape, lush greenery, exotic fruit, rocks, a dream of Sauvignon Blanc!
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for white wine is slightly chilled 8°-10°C. For fish, goat cheese and white meat, Flaschenpöstler recommend this Piere Sauvignon Blanc, doc/mo.
Vinification
Very selective reading by hand. Temperature-controlled slow fermentation of destemmed and crushed berries with selected yeasts large barrels, 10 months storage on fine yeast, 8 months bottle aging.
