About the wine
With the delicious Piemonte DOC Albarossa Red Sunrise Casa Vinicola from 2012, you will positively surprise your friends. The winemaker from the Italian winery Marenco is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing countryside of Piedmont.
Tasting note
Intense dark red, pleasant, ethereal scent, rich in ripe and spicy aromas, the taste is powerful and full, soft and dense in character, full-bodied.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with sausages, boiled meats, roasts and aged cheeses. It goes well with fried fish with cherry tomatoes.
Vinification
After manual harvesting and draining, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The aging takes place in wooden barrels of 15 hl.
