Tasting note
This picolit from Fantin Nodar has an amber-colored color and is of unique consistency with an inviting and varied bouquet, scented with apricot in syrup, peach blossom, honey and vanilla, with slightly spicy notes. Its structure is impressive with a long and harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
Meditation wine par excellence, which is difficult to combine gastronomically. It goes well with small dry pastries or foie gras, but it tastes best when left alone!
