Tasting note
On the nose, strong notes of blackberries and cherries, complemented by fine licorice and roasted aromas. Full-bodied and expressive on the palate with perfect sweetness and acidity and round, juicy tannins. The grand finale then of almost never-ending length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, braised knuckle, lamb chops, game dishes and oxtail.
