About the wine

Bacchus is a typical, exciting cuvée with lively fruit and good body. This wine represents the typical aromas and cuisine of the eastern Italian region.
Tasting note
Medium density ruby red. On the nose, scent of ripe black cherries and spicy notes. On the palate, velvety tannins, medium-weight body and fruity notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pizza, pasta, hearty meat dishes.
Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation and subsequent aging for 6 months in steel tanks.
