About the wine
The Pasqua wine house is a long-established family business founded in 1925 by four brothers. Since its creation in the early 1980s, the Cecilia Beretta line has been an experimental stage for Pasqua to modernize its traditional plants. In the meantime, the enormous investments have paid off. The vines have reached an interesting age and there has been a noticeable increase in quality. Today, Cecilia Beretta presents a line that is second to none, new dimensions of aromatic refinement and elegant taste.

Tasting note
Bright, ruby-red robe with a floral bouquet that knows how to inspire the nose with aromas of dried fruits and sultanas paired with vanilla and spicy notes. On the palate, the intense cherry aromas of the Corvina grape variety are harmoniously combined with the softness of Merlot and the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon. Powerful, warm and with enveloping tannins, it ends in a long-lasting finale accompanied by raisin notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, game, pot roast or aged cheese.
