Tasting note
The Phoenix Cabernet Sauvignon's fruity aromas of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a lot of finesse with a very unique structure. Next, the fruity nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper reveal their own character. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which develops its individual structure harmoniously with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.

Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: twelve months in French oak barrels, of which 5% new and 95% used, then six months in steel tanks.
