About the wine
Bodegas Bhilar is a boutique winery in Elvillar, Rioja Alavesa, run by David Sampedro and Melanie Hickman. Their goal is to make terroir wines with a soul, respect the land, work only with local grapes and share their unique wines with good people with positive energy.

Handpicked and gently vinified. It is aged for 12 months in French wood in 500 liter barrels.
