About the wine
Bodegas Bhilar is a boutique winery in Elvillar, Rioja Alavesa, run by David Sampedro and Melanie Hickman. Their goal is to make terroir wines with a soul, respect the land, work only with local grapes and share their unique wines with good people with positive energy.

Expressive Garnacha nose with berry fruit and floral notes. Fresh | with balanced acidity and very fine tannins with a mineral note.

Vinification
Hand picked, destemmed and fermented in 2,000 liter concrete tanks and aged for two years in 400 and 500 liter oak barrels.
