Clear, bright lemon yellow — expressive bouquet with notes of nutmeg and grapefruit, apricots and pears. The bouquet grape variety is mainly used for sweet wines, but this cheeky version of the two “crazy girls” produces an exceptionally refreshing and characterful sparkling wine that is simply fun and doesn't want to be taken too seriously.
