Tasting note
The initials PFE stand for Bill Price's family business, the Price Family Estates, founded in 1997. PFV includes five top-class wineries, including the two flagship Wineries Three Sticks and Kistler Vineyards. The Grand Cru level is based on a collection of excellent vineyards in Sonoma County. The Three Sticks PFV Estate Pinot Noir is a complex blend of three different terroirs. At the same time, thanks to their proximity to the sea, everyone benefits from the coolness of the Pacific and the mists moving into the hills. A Blauburgunder classic, around 30% of the harvest is fermented with the stems.
