About the wine
Gianni and Paolo are the third generation to run the small winery (25 ha) - as children, the two brothers absorbed the values of family and traditional winegrowing like sponges. And even today, they remain loyal to them. All the work, and it is hard work, is for the wine, the region, the country, and not for profit. A lot of manual work, a lot of passion, a lot of intuition. No herbicides or pesticides, not even large machines, the two brothers carefully accompany the grapes from spring through autumn to the cellar. Great wines, and pleasantly different, each bottle seems full of soul and memories, as if you had been there yourself

Tasting note
Life is a pony farm - radiant juicy scent, as far as your nose smells hay, meadows, wild flowers, herbs, that is a very rich scent, straw yellow the fruit, that's how you feel lying down in the meadow chewing on a straw. Sooo juicy on the palate, springy soft, again this moist willow rich in herbs, flowers, soft soil, so beautifully structured from grass and straw, the spice, few pebbles, the minerality, tart, that's nature, wonderfully rich and beautiful, but neither velvet nor silk. Wonderful, so much, so beautiful nature, out in the pasture - great, juicy, herb-flavored treat
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Petrussa Friulano passt perfekt zu Krabbentieren und Shrimps. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: Jetzt bis 2019.
Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Gentle pressing of the whole grapes, temperature-controlled fermentation with Weinberg's own yeasts in steel tanks, aging on yeast in oak barrels.
