Tasting note
Its color is deep ruby red with a characteristic scent of aromatic flowers, reminiscent of red and black fruits such as cherries, plums, peppers and nuts.
Vinification
The alcoholic fermentation and extraction takes place in stainless steel tanks at 23°C. Selective red wine storage over a long period of time and aging in new French oak barrels of 300 liters with medium burning for 12 months result in an extremely balanced and harmonious wine.
