About the wine
The Petit Chablis grows in flatter locations around the village of Chablis. It matures on fine yeast in stainless steel tanks for eight months, which preserves its freshness and typical characteristics before it is bottled directly at the winery.

A dry, mineral Chardonnay that reflects the region's typical Kimmeridge soils. Without wood construction, it impresses with fresh, crystal-clear precision and an impressive depth of cool pome fruit aromas. Crunchy and lively, it ends with a surprisingly long, subtly nutty finale.
