Tasting note
This Petit Chablis delights with its brilliant light yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, it looks youthful and fresh with almost perfumed aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and a touch of shell limestone. On the palate, it is again very fruity with lots of citrus, some lemongrass and ripe stone fruit, a wonderful minerality and a harmonious balance between acidity and fruit.
Vinification
The grapes for this Chablis come from approx. 10-year-old vines, which are rooted in calcareous Kimmeridge soils. After manual harvesting, the grapes are fermented and aged in steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
