About the wine
Chignin-Bergeron is one of the 16 sub-regions or “crus” of the Vin de Savoie appellation in eastern France. The vin de Savoie (often simply spelled “Savoie”) is the main name for the Savoy region in the extreme east of France. The wine styles are characteristic and rarely found outside their areas of origin.

Tasting note
EYES; light, velvety garnet red; NOSE; notes of grapefruit, small red berries, yeasts; MOUTH; crisp, fresh and mineral
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat starters, vegetarian dishes, pasta with fish sauce.
Vinification
A classic pet' nat' to enjoy in between, made from Pinot Gris and Persan grapes. Direct pressing of the whole grapes. Bottled three weeks after harvesting.
