Tasting note
The great Priorat wine from Torres! Opaque purple red. Profound, pure and lovely in scent. Black fruit jam, violets, graphite, rock, charcoal and much more. Extremely dense and full-bodied, fine-grained tannin, dense, juicy, irresistible fruit extract, juicy acidity provides balance and makes the wine a pleasure to drink even in this youthful phase. World-class!
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The recommended enjoyment phase of this wine is in the following period: Now until 2020. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes perfectly with spicy dishes, burgers with blue cheese and spicy food.

Grown on slate terraces. Fermentation in steel tanks. 18-month aging in new French barriques.
