About the wine
Elegant burgundy with intense aromas of blueberries, raspberries and blackcurrants, underpinned with fine spice and subtle wood. Balanced, velvety and fruity on the palate. Vinified in a typical way by Nicolas Potel, part of the renowned Boisset house.

Tasting note
Deep ruby red. Intense fruit aromas of blueberries, raspberries and blackcurrants underlined by slightly spicy notes and elegant wood. Beautifully balanced and velvety on the palate with intense fruit.
Culinary recommendation
Roasted or braised veal, leg of lamb, wild fowl or grilled pork or beef.
Vinification
Handpick. The grapes go through 4 to 5 days of cold skin maceration before maceration, which is controlled under temperature control between 10 and 14°C. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts, daily “pigeage” and “reassembly”. It is aged in French oak barrels for 14 months.
