About the wine
Notes of small red and black fruits with a mineral and smoky background. Distinctive, fresh and fruity with structure and balance and rich, fine tannins. Persistent aftertaste that maintains fruitiness and mineral freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white meat, creamy chicken, piglet mignon and Brillat-Savarin.
Vinification
Cold maceration. Traditional aging with natural yeasts. Ageing in wooden barrels, 20% of which are new.
