Tasting note
The Pinot Noir vines of this Premier Crus grow on pebble and calcareous red marl, which has a high iron content. On the nose, Burgundy smells of warm, red fruits and earthy components such as truffles and some undergrowth. The palate is juicy, elegant and lively! Notes of red cherries and cranberries are combined with a delicate fruity sweetness and flattering tannins. A clear acidity gives Premier Cru a drinkable note. Inviting and, after ventilation, more and more complexity.
