Tolaini’s Perlui IGT is a vibrant, structured red crafted from pure Cabernet Franc. With its fresh yet layered texture and balanced profile, it reveals the care behind every bottle – ideal for relaxed gatherings where quality and authenticity matter.
Tasting note
Perlui was dedicated to the late founder Pier Luigi Tolaini, whose dream was to create the best wine from the unique Chianti Classico terroir from his favorite Cabernet Franc grape variety. Complex bouquet with notes of red tomatoes, green pepper, chocolate and hints of cedarwood and vanilla. Complex, full-bodied yet elegant on the palate with an intense taste of ripe red fruits. A wine with considerable aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with hearty meat dishes, game and mature cheese.
