Tasting note
Fresh surprising fruit bouquet of pineapple melons and citrus fruits. Very juicy on the palate with a pleasant drink and a playful fruit sweetness. Its perlage is very refreshing and lively. An uncomplicated sparkling wine that is fun.
Culinary recommendation
Quite refreshing and wonderfully sparkling, it always goes well: for an aperitif at a party or whenever there is something to celebrate. Pearl embellishes life!
Vinification
Ripe healthy Blauburgunder grapes are gently pressed immediately to release as little color as possible from the berry skins. There is also a proportion of ripe, very aromatic Riesling Sylvan grapes. Slow fermentation with a special wine yeast in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by seeding using a special process.
