Tasting note
Aromas of red berries accompanied by rose petals and tropical fruits are presented on the nose. The taste is light, fruity, soft, refreshing and slightly sparkling.

Vinification
The Syrah grapes are vinified like a white wine. As a result, the must has short skin contact and extracts the delicate color from the berry skins. After complete fermentation, the alcohol is removed from the wine.
