About the wine

Tasting note
A very beguiling scent of marmalade and marzipan promises and demands a lot. On the palate, it delivers what it promises to the nose. With a pleasant breadth, complexity and refinement, it is very long-lasting and a pleasure. Every sip is a real pleasure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, Gruyère burgers and pizza with mushrooms.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully picked and selected by hand. After fermentation, the wine ages in oak barrels for several months to develop its structure and complexity.
