About the wine
Pere Ventura set himself up in the early 1990s with his cava cellar on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. Through years of development work based on the core values of respect, honesty, commitment and sustainable working methods, the self-made man is now one of Spain's most renowned cava producers. His cavas are produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method and mature in the cellar for at least 24 to 36 months. Despite the time-consuming production process involving a lot of manual work, the wines are of high quality and excellent value for money.
