You can describe nature in Catalonia with words such as barren. However, the Spanish winery Cavas Pere Ventura is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this white wine. We think he succeeded! Treat yourself to the senses with the fine Maria del Mar cuvee from 2012!

Tasting note
Bright, clear color with fine, slowly and gracefully rising pearls. | On the nose, strong aromas and freshness. Full, with scents of apples and citrus fruits, as well as toasted notes. Full and firm on the palate with a rainbow of aromas such as acacia flowers, dried nuts and fresh pastries.
Culinary recommendation
Great as an aperitif. But also excellent with fresh fish, salads, pasta, spicy dishes, curry fish.
Vinification
Each variety is vinified separately. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 -18° C. After mixing the juice, a slight clarification is carried out. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle using the traditional process.
