Tasting note
A mix of dark pickled fruits combined with licorice and vanilla bean. Incredibly elegant on the palate, pleasant acidity, dense and with well-integrated tannins. Good shelf life.

Vinification
The Bovale grape variety is vinified in terracotta amphoras, Carignano in steel tanks. The wine is then aged partly in barriques and in large new wooden barrels for 15 to 18 months, depending on the vintage.
