The Penso Primitivo di Manduria DOP's refreshing scent spectrum of black plum, apricot and anise cleverly plays with your sense of smell. Afterwards, fruity nuances of raspberry, black cherry and blueberry resolutely and consciously convince your taste buds. A red wine with a medium-bodied and distinctive acidity, which develops its individual structure pleasantly with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Mediterranean cuisine, salami, polenta, beef knuckle, ossobuco di manzo, ravioli with ricotta filling.
