Tasting note
Superblend A is composed of 68% Cabernet Sauvignon and 32% Shiraz. Only the best grapes from the most sought-after growing areas in South Australia were used. The two grape varieties are stored separately in new American oak barrels for 22 months. In contrast, with Superblend B, the grape varieties were first married and grown together. Both wines will reward careful storage over several decades and the comparison in the development of the two expressions will be very exciting.
