Tasting note
The Bin 51 impresses with wonderful finesse and elegance with a typical mineral character and natural acidity. Floral notes are reminiscent of white spring flowers, fresh limes and some pebbles. Fruits from the cooler climate of Eden Valley are immediately recognized and reinforce the regional characteristics. The palate consists mainly of citrus fruits and green apples as well as grated cucumbers and subtle juniper berries. Typical petroleum notes are present and yet are different down under. Enjoy right away, the wine is ready!
