Tasting note
The Crianza was aged in barriques for a total of 12 months. This gives him his lushness and beautiful body. Opulent yet finely honed. Dark wild berries, paired with dried plums, some leathery notes and herbs. A culinary treat par excellence.
Culinary recommendation
Tasty meat dishes such as braised lamb with Mediterranean herbs, grilled beef or wild fowl.
Vinification
Ageing in barrels, most of them new, 60% French oak and the rest American oak, for at least 12 months, enhances and complexity the aromatic properties and sensations in the mouth, maintaining a good balance between the fruity expression of Tempranillo and the roasted aromas and aromas of the oak.
