About the wine
Picturesque and sunny landscapes of the Loire give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Le Petit Saint Vincent conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Cabernet Franc with ravioli or goat cheese.

Tasting note
Delicate nose with aromas of fresh berries, pepper and spices as well as Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, Cabernet Franc is fresh, juicy and with delicate tannins. The aftertaste is persistent and full of fruit.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler is recommended with meatballs with tomato sauce, venison and lamb.
Vinification
The grapes from the organic vineyards are harvested and destemmed by hand. Pélo ferments and matures in cement tanks for twelve months
