Made from selected grapes, the noble sweet Pedro Ximenez Sherry, whose color is reminiscent of dark mahogany, is the culmination of every menu. The concentrated taste of raisins is overwhelming and flavorful, but even when drunk pure, this sweet essence is a fascinating drinking experience.
