About the wine
Attractive, intense bouquet with aromas of citrus and some peach and mango. On the palate, this beautiful fruitiness is revealed, which is perfectly balanced with good fullness and refreshing acidity.

Goes well with fish dishes, poultry, cold and hot vegetable soup
Vinification
The hand-picked grapes are de-stemmed chilled and gently pressed to best preserve the natural aromas. The must is also fermented at low temperatures (approx. 12-14°C), after which the wine is on the lees, which gives additional complexity and body.
