Tasting note
Strong bright yellow. Floral notes of hawthorn exotic fruits such as mango and papaya honey and salty sea nuances. Balanced on the palate with good freshness and mineral notes on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with crustaceans, fish, aperitifs.
Vinification
Read from September and gently press. Cooled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is gently peeled and stays on the fine yeast for a few months.
