About the wine
Cantine Risveglio was founded in 1958 by a group of winemakers in Brindisi. The company has constantly expanded and has grown to become one of the most representative wineries in Apulia. The wines were immediately very well received by our customers. Giovanni Nardelli, president of the winery, is a model of southern Italian hospitality and passionate winemaking.

Excellent with pasta such as Apulian orecchiette, pizza, grilled meat, as well as with rabbit, game and lamb. Harmonious with ripe pecorino.
