Tasting note
On the nose, beguiling aromas of small red berries and spices. Balanced and full-bodied on the palate, with well-integrated tannins and a very pleasant, long-lasting finish.

Goes well with red meat, hearty and spicy dishes Braised game, grilled meat.
Vinification
13 months in wooden barrels: 50% in new French oak barrels and 50% in new and once used French barriques. Then aged in the bottle for around 18 months.
