About the wine
An elegant and powerful Syrah from the renowned Hermitage appellation that captures the essence of the northern Rhone Valley.

Tasting note
The wine has a deep red color. On the nose, intense aromas of blackberries and cherries develop, accompanied by notes of orangeate, ginger, cinnamon and allspice. On the palate, it is initially fine and elegant, but then develops strength and depth with a harmonious structure and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled or braised meat, game dishes and aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes come from 40 to 60-year-old vines that grow on stony and steep soils in the eastern part of the Hermitage hill. After approximately four weeks of maceration with gentle extraction, the wine matures in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
