About the wine

Tasting note
The nose features classic notes of cassis, black cherries, cedarwood and a touch of graphite. Powerful but balanced on the palate, with fine-grained tannin, fresh acidity and a nice length.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with entrecote, rack of lamb, braised beef or game dishes. It also goes well with aged hard cheeses such as Comté or Gruyère.
