Tasting note
Color: Clear, dense ruby red with purple reflections. Aroma: Intense, ripe, slightly animal aromas of black cherries, black olives, herbaceous notes and vanilla. Body: The long, strong start is followed by a presence of acidity and sweetness as well as well-integrated tannins. The aromas of red wild berries and black cherries dominate in the aftertaste. Quality: Pleasant sweetness, acidity and round tannins. The wine is youthful and should therefore be decanted.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect for a barbecue or pizza evening. It also goes well with cheese.
