With the fresh Tempranillo 2005 — Pata Negra Gran Reserva Valdepenas DO, you can offer your guests something very special. Tasting note
Bordeaux red robe with brick-red reflections. Seductive bouquet with intense woody notes combined with spicy notes. On the palate, a powerful and velvety start, followed by a pleasant warmth and a long-lasting aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meats and various types of cheese. Preferably decant or aerate before serving.
Vinification
12 months in American oak barrels, then 6 months in bottle.
