Tasting note
Extremely complex and multi-layered, a harmonious combination of residual sweetness and fresh fruit. Tannin-rich and powerful, ideal with hard cheeses.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are dried for 75 days. Mash fermentation takes place at 25°C and lasts 8 days. The wine is then aged for one year in 10 hl Slovenian oak barrels.
