Tasting note
The Passione has a deep purple color, a bouquet of great, sophisticated fruitiness combined with a pleasant note of vanilla and roasted aromas, reminiscent of fresh bread crust and a full, elegant body. The variety of aromas increases with increasing bottle storage.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, game, ripe cheese, pizzoccheri.
Vinification
This wine, the grape variety is Nebbiolo, is aged for 10 to 12 months after storage in chestnut barrels for 10 to 12 months in new, roasted French oak barriques and cultivated and maintained with great effort.
