Straw yellow color. The nose shows hints of citrus and exotic fruits as well as notes of white flowers. The palate is fresh, lively and balanced.
Culinary recommendation
It is also ideal as an aperitif and goes well with fish appetizers and scallops in particular.
Vinification
The wine is made from carefully selected and handpicked grapes and then aged in cement tanks for 3 months.
