Passage Rouge from Domaine de Ravanès is an easygoing organic red blend of Merlot and Syrah, juicy and fresh with just the right amount of punch. Tasting note
Sparkling ruby red. Red fruits, rinclaudes, cherry tarts and spices. Full, round, fruity on the palate with soft, discreet tannins.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled meats, especially lamb or beef, as well as with aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes for Passage Rouge 2021 come from organic farming and are destemmed after harvesting and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine ages in French oak barrels for several months.
