About the wine
And another project by these charming people and wine gods: Sara Pérez (including Mas Martinet and Réne Barbier Jr. (Clos Mogador). Equipped with a seventh sense, they repeatedly manage to track down forgotten situations and almost “kiss awake”, at the beginning of the 200 Partida Pedrer and Partida Bellvisos. Since then, they have once again produced fascinating wines from these regions, in harmony with nature and according to biodynamic principles, great character with great soul and elegance.

Tasting note
The fruity aromas of red plum, clove and prune express a lot of complexity with a very unique structure. The playful nuances of red cherry and cinnamon then reveal their own character. A red wine with a strong body and distinctive acidity, which harmoniously develops its lively structure with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes perfectly with burgers with blue cheese, spicy food and vegetables.
