About the wine
Fruity and full-bodied, supple tannins, rather soft and not without depth. Wonderful quality, although without the addition of sulfur, succeeded uncompromisingly. Should be drunk within 1 - 1 1/2 years
Tasting note
Just enough wood that the fruit doesn't suffer and just enough fruit that the fine wood opens up a new dimension to wine. Perfect balance, a fine touch of vanilla, lots of red fruit, velvety fine-grained tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with vegetable quiche, hearty dishes, cheese.
