About the wine

This is a fantastic property, not luxury, not a show off, but an unpretentious, healthy and complete agricultural world on 30 hectares of forest, grain, fruit, vines, and all the animals, and all that since the Middle Ages, in Alt Penedès! Vinification
Very selective reading by hand. Maceration of destemmed berries for 19 days (CF), 20 days (CS) and 12 days (Sumoll), fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts in cement, aging for 11 months in small, old 300 & 500L oak barrels. No fining or stabilization, minimal filtration.
