An authentic Monastrell from the Jumilla region that perfectly embodies the terroir and traditions of this Mediterranean wine-growing region.

Tasting note
The grapes for this single-varietal Monastrell come from 15-40-year-old vines from locations at 600-800 m above sea level. The nose shows aromas of wild berries, red plums and sour cherries, plus a touch of cassis, underpinned with spicy notes of dried herbs and a touch of Darjeeling tea. On the palate, it shows juicy berry fruit, with good drinking flow and fine tannins.
Culinary recommendation
A great accompaniment to a delicious snack with Iberico ham, Manchego cheese and other specialities. But also with rice dishes, pasta with mushrooms and sausages or grilled meat.
