About the wine
Wonderful and beautiful landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Félix Callejo conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. A must for connoisseurs, this fresh Tempranillo 2014 — CALLEJO CRIANZA Ribera del Duero D.O.! Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This tempranillo is very good to serve with polenta or barbecue.

Tasting note
Deep ruby red with purple reflections. A tempting nose of wild berries with spicy barrique notes. Full-bodied and long with first-class tannin. Will ensure lots of drinking pleasure in the next few years.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty, spicy dishes, especially natural (red) meats such as lamb, game or beef.
Vinification
12 months in French oak barrels.
